RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized by GALL before sending merchandise back. Simply navigate to our contact form or email at: customer@gallclothing.com (subject: returns) to request a return authorization number and DHL/ups/fedex pickup date for the merchandise you wish to return. This must take place within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of GALL. 

  • All 'Regular priced items' A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned, unless exchange is preferred. Return shipping fees will be payed by GALL.

  • All 'Sale items' Refunds will not be allowed on sale items, only exchanges for a different size or item. Return shipping will be paid by the client.

  • All ‘Pre-order items’ Only exchanges or store credit will be issued, as these items have been added to production specifically for the intended client. In no way shape or form can GALL issue a refund to the original form of payment on pre-order items. Return shipping fees will be payed by GALL.

For each return, GALL requires up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the GALL warehouse for inspection. Thereafter, financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the customers account.

Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of GALL.
