All returns must be authorized by GALL before sending merchandise back. Simply navigate to our contact form or email at: firstname.lastname@example.org (subject: returns) to request a return authorization number and DHL/ups/fedex pickup date for the merchandise you wish to return. This must take place within 14 days of the order's delivery date. All sale items are non-returnable.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of GALL.
All 'Regular priced items' return shipping fees will be payed by GALL.
All 'Final-sale items' are non-returnable. Unless uncharacteristic damage or quality exists, which will then be thoroughly inspected and approved by GALL.
Once the above has been completed, DHL will arrive at your preferred pickup location to receive the returnable merchandise. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. If an exchange is preferred, we will accommodate this as well. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the GALL warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of GALL.
